Working remotely from any location, our Account Directors handle a roster of clients in multiple industries and locations across the nation, addressing wide-ranging projects from hiring strategies and employment branding to social media planning and programmatic media management.

A Day in the Life

Acting as the voice of the client within the agency, you will collaborate cross-functionally with our media coordinators, creative and interactive groups and other team members to provide comprehensive solutions that meet and exceed client partner requirements. A key aspect of this role is to develop innovative ways to reach candidates. As you learn our business, you will gain a deep understanding of marketing, develop excellent communication skills and build your client management experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing innovative recruitment marketing strategies and campaigns that involve research, media and planning
  • Partnering with multiple clients to determine project strategy and objectives, including go-to-market strategies and campaign executions
  • Preparing and presenting media plan options, analyses and recommendations based on input from our media team
  • Establishing, maintaining and managing client budgets
  • Managing all client communications and ensuring client satisfaction with overall project deliverables
  • Anticipating client needs and growing business by offering new products and services
  • Building strong relationships and providing unparalleled customer service

The Right Stuff

  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing, advertising or customer service in an account service role; experience in recruitment marketing is a strong plus
  • Ability to upsell clients on strategies and products that meet their goals and needs
  • Proven expertise managing detailed projects and activities across multiple clients
  • Strong relationship management, presentation and time management skills
  • Willingness to learn and the ability to adapt quickly to changing needs
  • Ability to travel (10-15%) to meet with our clients
